Main Campus Day School Program is a 5 day program per week (for a nine month school year), with an aggressive academic curriculum based around the sciences and the daily utilization of our science or vet lab. Students follow a similar schedule to the boarding school program but of course are not able to do all that those students do because they are not on site for the extended hours of a boarding student. Parents of day school students must however, be very flexible with the student's hours and schedules because an SVIPA school day typically runs longer than a traditional school day due to the hands on academic aspects to the program and due to the equestrian program.  Each week students are typically both 'in' and 'out of' the classroom setting rotating between our state of the art educational facility and the great outdoors for their many projects and learning programs.  Students of course have their own school laptop, hands on science and vet lab projects they are responsible for, core subject studies, speech and debate competitions to prep for, student congress bills to write and more! Day school students also participate in an excellent Equestrian Program which includes horseback riding lessons and even an occaisional 'School on the Trail' day.
